SquareEnix ประกาศเตรียมจะส่ง Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition เวอร์ชั่นรีมาสเตอร์ใหม่มาลงให้เล่นกันอีกครั้งบน PlayStation 4, Switch, และ iOS กับ Android วางจำหน่ายพร้อมกันทั่วโลกในวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2020

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition ในญี่ปุ่นจะมีการวางจำหน่ายทั้งแบบแผ่นและแบบดิจอต้อลดาวน์โหลดสำหรับ PS4 และ Switch ซึ่งบน PS4 สำหรับคนที่สั่งซื้อล่วงหน้าใน PSN ก็จะได้รับธีมพิเศษของเกมนี้ไปใช้งานด้วย โดยความเปลี่ยนแปลงใหม่ของเกมนี้ก็มีดังต่อไปนี้
